Residential real estate sales documented in the MLS system of SGBAR came in 15% lower (177 units) compared to March 2013. Just a hunch but I am pretty sure the longer than normal winter this year, while awesome for skiiers, had a dampening effect on home buyers and new listings for Collingwood Real Estate

The good news is that we are above freezing this week and the sun is out. For the first time in many months I woke to the sound of birds chirping. It won't be long before everyone is out tending to their yards and gardens and the market will kick into gear. If you are considering moving please allow me to interview for the job of marketing and managing the sle of your home.
