Condos OK or Bad Idea


I work in this sphere of the Toronto market.  It is not the easiest sector to service, parking concerns for showings, showing off all the amenities of a building, make the most of small spaces..., in general making my clients investment  stand out over the exact same unit on a different floor with over 90 days on market.  It is a challenge and not for lazy.  Marketing these properties is getting tougher and there is always a new building next door and buyers are torn between resale new and preconstruction.
