New Year Goal Setting


It's the time that many of us set goals for the new year.  Remember these easy tips to increase the probability of sticking to them until completion.  Make them SMART- Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound.  I have personally found that having a few daily affirmations that I can repeat to myself every morning helps keep me focused and aware.  Let me know your favourite tips!   Best wishes for your success in reaching whatever you desire in 2013!
