CENTURY 21 Millennium Inc., Brokerage, invites you to visit the Georgian Triangle (If you haven’t already!) and get a taste of the true beauty of Real Estate within our communities and around the area.
In and around the Georgian Triangle you’ll find all sorts of unique treasures, cool places to visit and inviting places to stay while visiting. At Givingtree Bed & Breakfast located just outside of Collingwood, enjoy simple pleasures and warm hospitality in the comfort of an inviting home nestled on a magical acre homestead. Givingtree bed and breakfast opened their doors on Labour Day weekend in 2011 and is owned and operated by two amazing ‘like-minded’ folks, Chai Gilbert and Andy Wright.
There have been many changes since Givingtree first opened. You’ll notice solar panels on the cabin, a high efficiency hot water heating system, new floors using reclaimed barn board from their own barn, sustainably sourced material, clay walls and more!
The Givingtree B&B is not just your ordinary bed and breakfast. They’re a part of a new and growing generation of B&B owners who focus on healthy living with their vegetarian and vegan cooking, indulgent get-away packages and renewable living lifestyle. “You won’t find any floral wallpaper or fine china, or any laced doilies here. Instead you’ll find a yoga matt rolled up beside your bed, clay walls and mismatched pottery,” says owner, Chai Gilbert.
Formally a coach house and old roadhouse, this eco-friendly bed and breakfast offers just about everything you could want while staying here in the Georgian Triangle. Everything on their menu is vegetarian and they also offer gluten free and vegan options. Their guest rooms are very rustic and down to earth.
Givingtree offers super cool packages such as the Yoga & Spa package, which includes passes to the Scandinave Spa and Buddha Rider Yoga Studio as well as daily green smoothies (made from locally grown plants, veggies and fruits) to go!
Chai is also excited to announce the Cross-country ski/snow shoe package that includes passes to Scenic Caves, Highlands Nordic and Wasaga Nordic. Givingtree B&B is now offering simple and wholesome breakfast baskets in lieu of a formal “sit down” breakfast service.
