Last week the CENTURY 21 Miller Real Estate Brokerage was one of a select few Brokerages chosen to meet with CENTURY 21 President Don Lawby and Alex Blyakhman from Where to Live. Don Lawby has been involved with CENTURY 21 since 1976 and Alex is the President and Chief Product Officer at WhereToLive.com. And today’s meeting was a very informative session where we were taught the newest features of the Online Office (our CENTURY 21 database) and the new ClientConnect program and how it can help build our business in 2012.
Where to Live is a company that started out building us a second-to-none real estate website and is incessantly determined to improve the real estate experience for our customers.
Their newest technology improvement, ClientConnect, is now live. It is a revolutionary contact management system that gives us CENTURY 21 Sales Reps the power to stay connected with you, our clients more efficiently by offering more serviceable and tailored interactions.
They understand that in today’s world and with information being right at our finger tips through the World Wide Web, they believe that the real estate consumer can still see value from attaining timely, significant and tailored advice; because after all, the more facts the consumer has, the more assured they can be when investing in real estate. CENTURY 21 Canada and Where to Live therefore chose to create a contact management system that will assist us Sales Reps in delivering more value to our clients.
Customer driven, the ClientConnect system allows us to react quickly to changing client needs thanks to the platform’s unique ability to leverage customer insight. We can now keep well-informed on our clients’ wants, likings and expectations.
The bottom line is that regular and valuable communication is crucial in creating and maintaining strong relationships. I myself what to ensure that I have the tools I need to succeed as your Representative and along with the technology that is necessary to provide excellent customer service, is my greatest priority.
