NOT ALL REAL ESTATE GEMS ARE LOCATED IN SOUTHEAST OAKVILLE!!!....Ever hear of Rattray Marsh Conservation Area?

I have attached a few recent photos of a lovely community located right on the edge of Lake Ontario thatsurrounds the Rattray Marsh Conservation Area. This community is part of the Clarkson Village in Mississauga, with lovely tree-lined streets and a verdant oasis of stately homes.....and only a five minute drive to the Clarkson Go station .....and about a speedy twenty minute commuter train ride to downtown Toronto!!

Rattray Marsh Conservation Area is the only lakefront wetland between Burlington and Toronto and is managed by the Credit Valley Conservation (CVC), a community-based conservation authority created in 1954 by an act of the provincial government to protect the natural environment. CVC works in concert with numerous municipalities in Southern Ontario to protect and conserve natural resources within the Credit River Watershed.

To reside in a lakefront community that is immediately adjacent to a treasured conservation area in indeed an unmatched privilege.....let me know if I can help should you be interested in finding a home in this magnificent environmental gem. I can be reached at; or on my web site at
