I chose CENTURY 21 Miller mainly because of the people and atmosphere that I saw when I came into the office. I received a warm welcome. What was the most important to me was the feeling I got right away as I entered the office and spoke to a few people. I feel that as a customer would make this same analysis upon entering an office the first impression is everything. Do I feel like these people care enough about me and my situation to put me first and not just treat me as another number? As with choosing a real estate office I was making the same choices that customers would make. The feeling of trust and confidence in their service. I needed to know that this office was a step above the rest in customer service and experience. A history of excellence and success. A feeling of knowing what to do in any situation which may arise. Next came brand recognition. When I told people where I work do they know what I'm talking about. I did not want to have to sell myself on my company when I could already do that with years of history behind me. When people walk into the office they already see the many awards on display through the rich history of being at the top for so many years. As in my past careers I was at the top in sales and I knew what it meant to have a team of administrative staff who were competent and efficient. I saw that right away people were working hard and that is very important in sales. The next thing I looked at was the management. In my past career I was a manager of a sales office so I know what it means to have a sales staff and provide assistance to employees on a daily basis. The management is amazing at training and providing assistance in all aspects of the real estate process, from guiding a new agents career to explaining what needs to be done to make sure we have customers who will be customers for life.
In closing I believe I am the hardest person to be sold on my career and on my future. I am very picky about the staff and environment I work with. I came from a rich background of years of sales, management and owning my own business. For an office to impress me as much as I am and was, means a lot to me and I'm sure that is why so many have flocked to this particular family.
