Spring into Burlington with these three family events

Goodbye Cold Man Winter and hello spring. Burlington is the place to be this season with events for every member of the family. Here are three family fun events that are sure to create new memories:

 

1)   Sp’Egg’tacular Easter

Date: April 13, 2014

Time: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Location: Ireland House at Oakridge Farm

Easter has never been more fun! On April 13 bring your family to the Ireland House at Oakridge Farm to meet the Easter Bunny and hunt for eggs. 2)   CH Norton School Spring Fair

Date: May 3, 2014

Time: 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Location: CH Norton Elemenarty School

Enjoy the outdoors with CH Norton’s first annual Spring Fair. Children can enjoy games and crafts, while adults can explore vendor exhibits. The local police and fire department will also be at the fair to give outdoor demonstrations throughout the day. 3)   Lace up for LOVE 1k & 5k walk

Date: May 11, 2014

Time: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Location: Neworld Cycle & Runners 560 Plains Road East, Burlington, ON

Lace up your running shoes and get into gear for the fifth annual Lace up for LOVE marathon. All are welcome to walk or run this May in support of the Cancer Exercise Program at Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House. Don’t want to walk or run? No problem!
