After a huge presentation held in Vancouver in January 2010, it appears that due to the huge shale gas finds in NE BC, over 80,000 jobs are expected to be created between Fort Nelson, Fort St. John and Dawson Creek over the next 25 years.
This is staggering, as it means that our population will have to nearly quadruple to support that many jobs, and this has huge impacts for our housing market going ...
