Personal Background
Originally from the west coast of beautiful British Columbia, I would visit the Okanagan on several occasions with family and friends. We would come here for some winter play at Big White ski resort, cruising on our motorcycles along some of the most scenic stretch of roads and highways, some summer fun on the sandy beaches and boating on the sparkling Okanagan Lake, and of course, visit several internationally acclaimed wineries, discovering and tasting stellar wines that are amongst the finest in the world.
In 2003 my family and I decided to finally make the best move of our life and make Kelowna our home. It wasn't long after the move that I became very involved with the community and what Kelowna and the Okanagan has to offer us. I couldn't think of a better destination to live and a place that fits our lifestyle. Let me help make Kelowna your home and your move as seamless as ours!
On a more personal note, I am a mother and a career woman that has survived many personal and health challenges. With every journey I faced throughout the years has only made me a more compassionate person, very understanding and a much stronger will to succeed. I am a positive person, great listener, self-motivated and live by strong morals and ethics within my life. My passions that allow me to enjoy life to the fullest is spending quality time with my daughter, my family and friends, as well as travelling, skiing, boating, outdoor exercise and riding my motorcycle. My background started with real estate conveyancing as a legal assistant in 1986. I have many years of experience in the real estate industry. I was first licensed as a real estate professional in 1995 in Victoria, BC. I was mentored and worked along side my father, Marten Holst, who sold real estate for over 40 years and remained a top producer for most of his career.

Certified Pre-Owned Homes Specialists
Inspected, Corrected and Warranted!
A new service is now offered to selected REALTORS® and Home Inspectors, Certified Pre-Owned Homes. Modeled after the Certified Pre-Owned Automoblie programs that have become immensely popular, like the automobiles, a home is given a pre-listing inspection by an approved inspector, the seller repairs all of the identified deficiencies and the property is then re-inspected to make certain that the repairs have been done satisfactorily. Once re-inspected and given the green light, the home is then certified and marketed as a Certified Pre-Owned Home. On closing, the seller provides a one year warranty that covers the Structure, the Roof, the Electrical Components, the Heating and Air Conditioning, the Plumbing and the Built-in Appliances. The process brings unparalleled transparency and provides the home seller and the buyer with piece of mind that the home is in Top Notch Condition.
