   Emoloyees with  the International Union of Elevator Constructors have now set up pickets outside of the Courthouse construction site on Wellington St.  We are stil awaiting comment from IUEC representative Laird Thomson.    The St.Thomas Seniors Centre were  recipients of a $25,0000 grant from the federal government on Friday.  The funding came through the New Horizons for Seniors Program. It looks like the vision of an elevated bridge in St.Thomas is moving one step ahead as On Track's offerto purchase the Michigan Central Railroad Bridge has been accepted.
