Professional Background
Nick spent almost 10 years serving clients in the electrtical/electronic industry before joining Century 21 in 1996. Nick has been helping people buy and sell homes in Woodstock and area ever since. Nick has chaired both the Education Committee and the PAC Committee for the Woodstock-Ingersoll District Real Estate Board. Nick has served as a Director of the Board for several years and is currently serving as Past President of the Woodstock & Ingersoll District Real Estate Board. Nick is experienced in New and Resale, Residential, Condominiums, Commercial and Income Properties.
Fran was a Legal Assistant for over 20 years prior to turning her talents to Real Estate in 1999. Fran's legal experience brings here clients very valuable skills when dealing with their Real Estate needs. Fran is a past Committee Member of the Real Estate Board. Fran is experienced in New and Resale, Residential, Condominiums, Income Properties and Rural/Farm Properties.
We have both obtained our Broker's license in order to provide our clients with the highest level of service. We both are long term local residents of Oxford County and can provide our clients with valuable knowledge of the local area.
