Social Media – your home gets its own web site as well as being advertised on multiple other web sites such as Castanet, Kijiji, Facebook, YouTube, CityBlast, all Century 21 and associated web pages and many others

Home staging advice if you need it
A free moving truck (subject to availability) for in town moves. You do need to pay the gas however.
- Not always, but we have paid for storage lockers for clients at Totem storage in the past and we can discuss this if needed.
Agent 99 (Monique) and I will also never just list a home and then disappear. One of us is always around to take our clients calls. We try to provide immediate feedback from all showings be it good or bad. We will do everything possible to get your home sold as quick, painless and for the most money for our clients as we can.

Here are the statistics for November home sales as provided by OMREB:
Total listings taken year to date (Single family, condo, town home, lot and manufactured home combined): 9983 for 2016 as compared to the 9816 in 2015. Only a decrease of 1.7% however,
Total sales year to date (Single family, condo, town home, lot and manufactured home combined): 6971 for 2016 compared to 5449 in 2015. An astounding increase of 27.9%!
Days to sell is down to 68 days from 81 last year
And total inventory is down 24.2%
Breaking down the individual style of home from 2016 versus 2015:
Single Family: Sales are up 21.2%, Average price is up 16.8% Days to sell is down 21.2% and active inventory is down 28.6%!
Condos: Sales are up 40.4%, Average price is up 13.2% Days to sell is down 32.6% and active inventory is down 35.2%!!!
Townhomes: Sales are up 21.1%, Average price is up 9.3% Days to sell is down 10.6% and active inventory is down 25.7%!
Lots: Sales are up 69.1%, Average price is up 9.9% Days to sell is down 5.5% and active inventory is down 19.7%
Manufactured Homes: Sales are up 26.5%, Average price is up 18% Days to sell is down 10% and active inventory is down 29.4%!
Now is still the time to sell. Buyers are out there and can't find a home to purchase! Maybe it's yours?!
