Professional Background

Nick studied computer science at the University of Western Ontario and he worked as a computer scientist for 5 years after his studies. Real estate was always a strong passion in his life from the young age. In 2004 he decided to turn his passion into his career. He attended Ontario Real Estate College in London, Ontario and he obtained his real estate licence in the same year. He started his real estate career in july 2004 and he has never looked back. After 2 years working in real estate market in Ontario he decided to make a permanent move to British Columbia.

He chose Vancouver, British Columbia as his new home and he continued to pursue his real estate passion in Vancouver. With a constantly growing clientele, he has steadily expanded his knowledge and expertise in Vancouver's real estate market throuout the entire downtown peninsula and surrounding areas including homes on the West Side, West Vancouver, North Vancouver.

Nick's strong analytical and his technology background help him understand complex market trends and it helps him to negotiate the best possible outcome for his clients. He employs his philosophy of hard work, integrity and professionalism in his real estate business.
