Professional Background
My professional background has been exclusively in the service industry since I was 17 years old. I have spent the last five years of my professional career as a restaurant manager. I was responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every customer left happy. By being in the service industry for so long, I have honed my skills on how to ask the right questions and guide the customer so that they are able to make the decision that is best and most suitable for them. I have been responsible for several positions within the restaurant and have worked in many hotel departments.
Personal Background
I am a born and raised Calgarian. My immediate family has been in the United States for 6 years and currently lives in Denver, CO. I lived briefly in Chicago and Houston when I was a baby and have since lived in Canmore for a summer and Houston (again) for an internship. I love Calgary and hope to stay here while I build clientele and start my new career.

Personal Interests
I have always been keen on learning new languages. I am fluent in French and know some Italian and Spanish as well. I enjoy spending my time traveling, listening to music and being outdoors. I make a strong effort to travel somewhere new every year, so that I may learn about new cultures and meet new people. I have a love for animals (especially dogs) and believe that they are all wonderful creatures. They improve the quality and longevity of our lives every day.
Education
My educational background includes my degree from the University of Calgary in Hotel and Resort Management (2003) as well as a two year program at SAIT for my Hotel and Restaurant Management diploma (2002). The majority of my courses focused on Business, Finance, Management and Tourism related subjects. I received my Real Estate License in October of 2008.
