"Oleh started off as our buying agent and spent many months trying to figure us out with respect to what exactly we were looking for and how to help us with the search of our "dream home". After each home that we viewed, Oleh asked us to rank it and to tell him what we liked and disliked about it. He also purchased a measuring tape for us when he saw that we had this obsession with measuring every garage of every home that we were shown. The time came when we asked him to put in an offer for us, Oleh asked us some insightful questions which took us aback but really made us think. Throughout the offer negotiations, he gave us guidance but no pressure; he wanted us to have no regrets about getting the house or walking away from it.
