The first One of a Kind Show was a 25,000 square foot venue that took place at Toronto's Queen Elizabeth building in December 1975. The show was born out of a simple desire for something more. After a greal deal of leg work, the holiday shopping venue that included 80 vendors now features over 800 artists, makes, designers and craftspeople.
The One of a Kind concept expanded in 1979 to include the One of a Kind Spring Show. Attracting over 200,000 visitors annually, the two Toronto shows have become a Canadian shopping tradition for those in search of the unique, handcrafted and the fantastic.
