How I work in this Market - 2018
- I provide an in-depth market analysis of your home based on objective criteria. I will not suggest a value based on what I think you want to hear in order to win your business.
- I learn about your circumstances by asking questions as I strive to understand why you want to move, where you want to move to and what want to achieve by making this move. I will never just ‘take your listing'.
- I learn about what it important to you when you're considering working with an agent so that I may work toward meeting your expectations.
- When you interview an agent, you should ask them about negotiating. This is usually an overlooked area when sellers are interviewing and agent. I provide information and facts about the properties I have listed and sold, how best to price your home, especially in a Seller's Market so as not to undersell and then share with you what you can expect when you receive an offer and how to respond to it as we work toward negotiating the most amount of money for your home. I never apply pressure to accept an offer. I am your partner in selling your property, not your adversary.
