Another new year is upon us and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my past and present clients for a fantastic 2011. I hope 2012 brings everyone much happiness and prosperity.
I am thrilled to now be part of our Leamington office sales team. It has been a great experience to work in a larger office and to be back in my hometown of Leamington. I am also continuing to provide service to my clients in Chatham Kent as well. It is where I started my career and still wish to remain active within the community there as well.
I had a very successful last quarter in sales and have sold alot of my listings. If you or anyone you may know is interested in selling I would be love the opportunity to work with you. I have a positive outlook for the market in 2012. Interest rates are still very competitive and many of the lenders are offering great incentives to either buy that first home or upgrade to a larger one.
