CENTURY 21 Panorama
Dunham, a low-key municipality of 3400 residents and some 2000 weekenders, covers 200 sq. km and contains gently rolling hills where agriculture, forestry and, more particularly, established vineyards, apple orchards and berry farms dominate. Dunham is an easy 50-minute drive from Montreal, 15 minutes from Vermont.
Dotted with Loyalist heritage homes from the mid-XIXth century, the village proper offers fine cuisine, bakeries, banking, and everyday amenities, a well as the feeling of being a vibrant community. Time has stopped here to some extent, as it has in surrounding villages, and numerous artisans draw their inspiration from this country environment. It is close to Cowansville, the region’s major business and commercial hub.
