Some days yes, and some days no. What a weather roller coaster April has been. Today and the last few days we've returned to winter here in Alberta, and the lunch crowd was filled with excitement when the sun was shining a few hours ago.

What can possibly come from crappy weather?
Did you know that in the residential housing market that weather affects sales? It's true, the colder and nastier it gets, the less buyers are out. However, the buyers that are venturing out during storm warnings and wind chills are "Serious" buyers. Regardless of what month it is there are people looking to buy a home, and in foul weather the number of "shoppers" decline but the number of "lookers" also decline.
Online usage goes up in crappy weather. The so called "lookers" are online browsing for the right one. Has your home been showcase enough online? How many photos is their of your home? There is an opportunity in any market and any weather condition does your Realtor know what opportunity your home has?
The seasons change and so does the Real Estate market. If you're thinking of a move be sure to call and get the latest market updates and evaluation for your home as the conditions that influence your home are changing.
