My name is Patrick Heffernan, Real Estate specialist with Century 21, First Canadian Corp., in London,Ontario. My wife, Elizabeth and I, have two children, Ronan and Neil, who are both married with two children each. I have been with Century 21 since January 2008.
In the real estate world communication is a key factor. This is done through imparting information and receiving information in an oral, visual, and audible manner. The latter method of communication is, perhaps, the most important and the most critical of all three. Listening to a client's needs and requirements is all that matters, and following that, providing that client with his/her needs in a speedy and timely fashion. This, then, is the basis for a solid relationship between client and agent.

Professional Background
I have completed phases 1,2,and3 of the required 0REA real estate course,and am a member of the London and St. Thomas real estate board. I am also a member of CREA (Canadian Real estate association). Prior to my entry into the real estate business, I was (and still am) involved in the Interior Design world, owning my own Interior design business for twenty four years. There is a seamless overlap between the two businesses.
