Purpose of this Site
This site has been designed to provide an enjoyable way for you to search for properties that are available or sold in a specific geographic area. Click on the area properties tab on the left hand side. From here you can adjust the map (google earth) to specify any size geographic location you are interested in. Then go to the right hand side and you can adjust the search criteria. Select a price range, then under status select active. The map will then give you only the available properties in that price range within the confines of the map on the screen. You could then change the status to sold to see what properties are selling for in this area. The HELP button is on the far right just below my email address when in the Search area properties screen. Click on help to get additional search functions.

Personal Background
I started in Real Estate in 1984 at the age of 22 with Family Trust Real Estate. In my first full year in the business I sold 37 homes and was asked to speak at Family Trusts Year end function along with Sophia Tan at the Granite Club. I was the successful rookie and she was a highly successful veteran. We were both asked to speak about how we succeeded. It was no different now then it was back when I started, generated a huge numbers of leads and then it is easy to find 3-5 people that want to move each month. I followed Tom Hopkins, and because I didn't know any better I went out each and every day and knocked on doors to find someone that wanted to buy or sell Real Estate. The most important part was that I also invested in Real Estate myself. You have to beleive in what you sell, and as a long term investment that generates monthly income and a capital gain when sold nothing beats Real Estate

The Broker of Record's purpose in the organization is oversee that all sales representatives and brokers comply with the Real Estate and Busuness Brokers Act and The Toronto Real Estate Board By Laws. This is accomplished by making sure that you the consumer has an enjoyable buy or sell.
