I have working contacts with builders, planners, and developers in my sales area. I specialize in Rural, development, and waterfront properties. I also have working relationships with organizations that have funding, or can arrange financingfor any size project, from purchasing a home, to new home construction, to developing of property from rural land to subdivision completion.
