Professional Background

Prior to living  in Charlottetown I spent 4 years selling real estate in Vancouver, B.C. I enjoyed working with buyers and sellers closing on properties worth under $200,000, to well over $1,000,000. My hard work and superior service awarded me the title of Best Realtor in Vancouver from the Georgia Straight for 2008. This being a readers choice award was very exciting for me and I am grateful for the support of my past clients and community.

Prior to real estate I spent 2 years at The British Columbia Institute of Technology (B.C.I.T). I graduated with a Diploma in Marketing with Honours.

Professional Interests

I am very interested in real estate market statistics. I believe by looking at the numbers we can make the best informed decisions when valuing property and when assessing the strength of the market. My knowledge in this area has brought me some publicity. I have been noted in Macleans, The Globe and Mail,The Georgia Straight, CBC TV & and Radio and more.

Education

I have a Diploma in Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. After two years of hard work I graduated with Honours.

Personal Interests

My family comes first, so in my spare time I spend much of my time with my wife Sandra and my two children.

Recently I joined up at P.E.I Taekwondo. It's a lot of fun and a great workout.

I also enjoy music and movies. A great night involves good company, good food and good conversation.
