I received the annual numbers from the Board last Friday and once again we have seen nice, steady growth in our area. Our total number of sales was up 2%, the dollar volume was up 2% and the average sale price was up 2% to $166,068 . Our December month was off quite badly so we'll have to see what January brings. So far it seems quite busy.
Our two most popular price ranges were $120,000-$139,999 with 415 units and $140,000-$159,999. These are driven by the popular 2 story semi-detached that makes up a great deal of our new construction. They seem to be our started home now.
