Sorry to be reporting great news again, but the local paper sometimes forget to get any happy news so here is some information I pulled off the latest Enterprise Greater Moncton news letter.
Moncton Building Permits - YTD (2008) : $ 4,246,806
Moncton Building Permits - YTD (2009) : $64,822,065 yes that's up about 1500%

As expected, March is starting to get very busy very quickly. February saw an increase in business over January and now March should be even better - barring huge snow storms or something. I was speaking at the Greater Moncton Home Builders last week, and they are all very positive about the upcoming season. Many are taking contacts into the summer already. All of them agree ...
