September rolls around and it's back to school time. Whether it's kindergarden or university, back to school is an exciting time. I wonder if elementary students still get excited about a box of new crayons - especially one of those 32 crayon size boxes. Remember those? They were awesome! Now kids have tablets with millions of colours. I just can't see it as being as exciting - but maybe my age is showing.
My three kids are in various stages of their university education and they started classes this week as well. None of them are very far away so we can visit. They all seem to be finding their places in life and my wife and I are very proud of them. I feel bad for them in a way, because of the debt they are running up to get a good education. They will be quite a while paying for it. When I went to university I could pretty well pay for each school year just from my summer job. Now, if you can get a summer job that pays you enough to cover a year at university then keep the job and forget university!
One thing I learned a long time ago is that you need to be a student for life if you're going to remain competitive in our fast paced world. Century 21 provides ample opportunity to keep sharp and stayed trained. It's one of the reasons I have worked here for 20 years.
If you are thinking of buying or selling a property then you should be looking for someone who is trained to look after your needs, understands today's marketing realities and is capable of dealing with contracts correctly. I look forward to providing you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about your property.
