Moncton Market picking up and I need inventory!

After a slow first quarter, we're beginning to see an upswing in the Metro Moncton resale market.  The amount of snow received in January and February kept the market pretty much in neutral, but as soon as we saw a bit of melting in early March, the phones began to ring.  By the time the Home Show had come and gone we were going at a real good pace and it just keeps getting better.  At the end of March, our year to date sales were off 4% and our dollar volume was down 6%.   The average sale price was down 2.6% and our time on market was up a bit with Dieppe at 122 days, Moncton at 114 days and Riverview at 84 days. However, I think this will all improve in April.

Finding enough inventory to show buyers is now one of our problems now so if your thinking about selling, don't wait until the grass is green, give me a call today. There are buyers out there right now for homes that are correctly priced.  Until the end of June, I`m offering an additional 200 airmiles on a purchase or sale.  This will be on top of the usual amount of Airmiles you receive by working with Century21.  Send me an email, or give me a call to find out more.
