November was a strong month for Real Estate in Moncton
November certainly held up very well this year in spite of some very wet weather. Our total sales volume - dollar amount - was up 22% over November of '09, total number of sales are up 4% year to date and the average sales price is up a comfortable 2.3%. No real estate bubble in Metro!
As we head into 2011 we should be very happy with the way everything is going in our area. Interest rates have remained low, unemployment is reasonable (for us) and the economy keeps chugging along. Our housing prices are not too crazy compared to the rest of the country and our life style is difficult to beat.
If you are considering a move to this area please drop me a note and I'll show you why it's the place to be.
