What are you looking for?????

Here's some open ended questions to start the new year with.  What are you looking for in your REALTOR?  What do you expect them to do?  Is your current REALTOR living up to your expectations?  If not, why not?  I would really be interested to your responses to any or all of these questions.   Please do not use the name of any specific REALTOR since I don't need to know the person, just the issue.  You can help us to help you better.
