The last decade has been a critical learning experience to those of us in real estate. Mostly a lesson in what TO and NOT to believe. The reality is, many of my clients have been thriving while the market was even at its worst. The ey to this success is quite simple...loyalty. As a full time real estate professional, I will always be on your side even when I am not buying or selling for you. My buyer and seller agreements are LIFETIME...not just a few months.
We live in a very different world than even just a few years ago.
Aside from the usual aspects of buying and selling unique properties, there is a higher level of connectivity required.

Professional Background
Where did it all begin?
If you believe it, in the fitness industry.
Spending most of the 90s in various gyms as a trainer/salesperson taught me alot about what I love doing.
I truly enjoyed the 1 on 1 aspect of personal training and really liked the idea of being in sales.
At the age of 24, after saving since the age of 16, I bought my first home. The feeling was surreal and really helped me realize that real estate is what I could do well at.
Shortly afterwards I got my licence and the rest is history.
Specialties
My focus has always been on unique properties.
The closest way to define "unique" is simply a "property that cannot be easily duplicated".
Seeing as there are only so many loft buildings that can be converted, lofts are certainly one of my favourites.
The other side of this equation includes homes and condos in unique areas (Leslieville, the Distillery District etc) that are able to differentiate themselves from the masses.
The other factor that plays into my focus is a great local community presence. If NO one visits the area you wish to live in...it may be a very hard space to resell later on. Ask me for some ideas on areas.

- Playing guitar/jamming
- Playing with my kids
- Roadtrips with the family
- Date nights with my wonderful,beautiful wife
