Yes, I did have these signs in my car at one time but have since thrown them away.
After years of seeing them posted on some homes that (in my opinion) weren't even sold at market value...they only create a false sense of value for the neighbours around it. The problem is...that many of you will call that agent since you ASSUME (and you know where I'm going...) they can do the same for you.
How do ...

Over the last few weeks, I have been meeting with several of the owners at the Printing Factory lofts to determine if their units meet the criteria for my 10loftsinaday tours.
Although the spaces are not quite move in ready, its coming along nicely.
The way its looking...there should be a few great spaces coming up soon that I cant wait to show you.
Looks like at least 2 more spaces will be on ...

This blog is mostly for fellow real estate professionals but does affect the public so please understand this when reading.
Although its not likely that we will all meet at any one function, I have had the pleasure of meeting a great deal of you over the years.
What I am hoping to acheive from this little blog post is to have EVERY real estate professional change the policy of offer dates.
Rather ...

Imagine if you could simply CLICK a button and turn your vacant space into a model suite?
For years now, you may have heard of and seen 3D mockups of what a property may look like.
Now you have the option to stage your property virtually to allow the prospective buyer to see what it can look like even while its in the very early stages of ownership.
How are my 1st sellers taking a run at this? Most ...

Over the last few years, I have tried to understand why it was that buyers would be jumping over other buyers to buy spaces in certain areas.
I've gone from saying NO to doing the bidding date game to not knowing what to say.
The overall element has been "what are the buyers thinking?"
After seeing a recent story in the Toronto Star this past weekend with only 7 comments, it still tells me ...

If you live in Leslieville, you will start seeing and hearing more about my "ReDefining" campaign for your area.
This is also connected to my 50,000 Air Miles Challenge that is designed with the today's buyer and seller in mind along with a direct benefit to the Easter Seals Send a Kid to Camp.
With so many real estate agents focused on moving spaces in the area, I think the far more important aspect ...

Over the last decade, I have seen some of the most amazing transformations of the city right before my eyes.
With amazing loft conversions like the Broadview Lofts setting the stage for a style of living that has revitalized the Leslieville/Riverdale area, I still want to see more.
On my tours of downtown condos and lofts, there is always one major thing lacking....the affordable 3 bed condo.
I ...

Rather than simply add in any old article here, I wanted to discuss some of the findings I have had over the years.
After googling for results, its seems no studies have been done about this.
My connection to health started back in the early 90s while playing rugby and football and thinking that if I could work in a gym and get paid for it...it would be the dream job.
At age 16, it was. I got to ...
