If you read the local real estate rags, you'll keep hearing that "1 million is the new $500k" for home buying.
Well, that is bullshit. Yes, I swear sometimes & so should you :)
Fact: Almost all of the homes, lofts & condos I've sold since 2001 have been under $1 million.
And based on the quality of the referrals I have received from these loyal clients, I couldn't ask for anything more. And let me be clear that "quality" refers to them being good people who respect my time & talent, nothing at all to do with their buying power (which is usually good to begin with).
Of the 50 clients I aim to help each year, they are mostly repeat & referral clients that range from the under $500k range for condo/loft buying & selling and $500 to $800k for home buying & selling.
This weeks tours include these 5 properties in the East End, where I have lived since birth. I've walked, cycled, driven etc in every nook & cranny of my hood and no one collects more stories on history, movie locations and famous owners than I do.
So....why these 5? In most cases it's due to smart buyers who googled these addresses and found me in the top 1,2 or 3. This is another good reason why hiring me to sell your East End home makes sense since I know which homes get the most & least requests and I can ensure your space gets the exposure it deserves. In fact, my Neighbourhood Appreciation Event in June was huge & had over 17,000 online views. Having my vintage ice cream cart at these events certainly never hurts either :)
