Are you practicing "safe renting"?
Your eyes lock as you as imagine the future together. You have dreams of bbqs and parties that will be. Then he answers the door....
"Whaddya want heh?"
Is it the landlord of your dreams (or nightmares) OR is it even the landlord.
- Do you ever ask to see proof of ownership before you go in to Buffalo Bill's house?
- Does the butterfly collection freak you out?
Well all of it should :)
The point of my rant is this....you have NO idea who you are renting from when you use a private service like Craigslist or Kijiji. Go ahead and buy a jailbroken Ipod from there but this is way more complicated.
Here are just a few highlights from being a Renter ViP with me:

- We only see a list of safe condos or home for rent that have passed my ViP criteria
- A check is done on the landlord ALSO...not just you.
