"Mark my words, NO buyer is going to stay on a website where they only get 1 agents listings"
This means that my buyers WANT to see all the best Century 21, Remax, Homelife, Bosley, Coldwell Banker listings when they are in "research" mode. The days of seeing a realtor website brag about his 10 personal listings stopped being in vogue in 1985.
Where were you on May 4th at 10am?
More importantly, where was your realtor on May 4th at 10am?
By the looks of the room I was in that day, only a few hundred joined me for this FREE (free to all 32,000 members) event. This meeting was both to earn a credit towards the 24 hours we require to recertify and also to understand how the movement towards making the MLS more effective by encouraging the simple act of "sharing".
This helps everyone. This even helps the lazy agents who get the awesome listing but don't understand the importance of sharing the info online and elsewhere.
