It just dawned on me on the weekend.
There I stood with my client and the great person I knew at the sales site (who knew that I had sold other units there) was ready to offer my new buyer an incentive so amazing that the other people buzzing around would have dropped their jaws!

Imagine if you could simply CLICK a button and turn your vacant space into a model suite?
For years now, you may have heard of and seen 3D mockups of what a property may look like.
