Sorry for the delay on my February e-newsletter (I aim for the 21st)....if my letter is ever late it's a good sign that my amazing clients are keeping me busy looking for great deals & preparing for one of the best balanced markets in many years. Balanced is good. More buyers than sellers is ideal for me. Right from day 1 of doing this, I have always focused on a 10 or more buyers per 1 listing I carry as the right ratio.

To all of those who are thinking of buying new or visiting a sales centre soon...PLEASE READ THIS. One recent article by Bob Aaron discusses how an unprotected buyer agreed to 70,000 in extra costs due to a lack of professional review. In fact, some of you may be stuck with paying an assignment fee....thankfully, I can help you out of this if you need to sell prior to completion.

My last comment here til the next newsletter is a reminder of the importance of NOT going into any new builder site alone. So often I hear the "I decided to visit the website/go in to sales centre and sign the register, is that ok?" Well, if paying too much is ok...then ya, its ok. By registering with me instead, you will be able to:

  • Join me at some of the Invite only events I can attend with qualified buyers
  • These events are often several MONTHS before the builder contacts the registration list
  • Even if you join me after launch, I may be able to offer you the place in line that another client may have had and, therefore, the price codes from several months back.
