There has rarely been a better fitting name for an area in East York than East York Ave. In fact, its such a popular area for my new relocations and buyers even though there are hardly any units for sale.
Known as the Upper East Side and built by Brownstone Homes circa 1999, this complex has been a favourite of mine as it was built around the time I became an East Yorker myself (1998-present)
What I find shocking about some of the listings I have seen in the past is the sheer lack of mention of the incredible award this complex won back in 2001.
The Award of Excellence is no small feat and the elements that got you this award remain today.
As one of my passion projects, I love breathing life into buildings/neighbourhoods and going so far as to REBRAND when possible.
The most effective way I can do this is during the marketing of any area properties for sale or lease.
I choose to see my niche as one that takes over once the builders/developers are long gone but to help create even more of a buzz than the original launch. I also want to keep older developments relevant so that buyers looking at new homes/condos strongly consider this nook as one to call home.
