You are on a realtors blog and I am saying "maybe selling is NOT the right thing for you".

Here is the reality of your situation. If you have the ability to buy the next property and do not HAVE to sell right away....my executive relocation program may be the right fit".

What I have readily learned over the last decade of being a results based performer is that the sellers I like the most are NOT the ones that have to sell.

Most recently, a great client of mine with several properties under his belt asked me to sell 2 of his condos.

Seeing as we have made some very good decisions together over the years, he was not in a hurry to sell either one.

In fact, its taken us a bit longer than we wanted to sell one of them. What I did during this time is keep them rented out for him with very highly qualified tenants.

LESS reward for me upfront + HAPPY client along the way= the BEST overall result for both of us.

If I have never helped you buy or sell before, this is the BEST possible way to study my process and decide if I am the right choice to use when buying and selling.
