My goal for every buyer who wants new is to ensure you are not paying 2x the amount you would for a resale space (this is happening right now, more often than you think!) ...

"Mark my words, NO buyer is going to stay on a website where they only get 1 agents listings"
This means that my buyers WANT to see all the best Century 21, Remax, Homelife, Bosley, Coldwell Banker listings when they are in "research" mode. The days of seeing a realtor website brag about his 10 personal listings stopped being in vogue in 1985.
