Did you know that if you do not request a certain clause in your new builder agreement that you could be hit with 1000s of dollars in added fees that CAN be avoided?

Every month, the Toronto Real Estate Board releases Toronto wide stats. Don't worry about those numbers.
The ONLY numbers that matter are the numbers in YOUR area. If you live in Leslieville, it truly does NOT matter what is happening in Pickering.
Even these reports are fairly general for your areas and a more indepth report is needed when you need real time values for your home, condo or loft. ...
