In 2013, I noticed many former realtors had gone full time into staging. I guess the glamour shot fame became too much and the next step was inevitable :)
My joke is "we lost a lot of good people that year".
Turns out they never quit....they simply decided that they needed to rent a truck and do their own staging.
Thankfully, I prefer to focus on my strengths and bring in experts in staging, mortgage, law, etc as needed.
<blockquote>The question that comes up almost every week for me with my home/condo/loft sellers is "<strong>Should I stage my place before I sell?</strong>?"</blockquote>
The answer is always YES!!!
The next part is where it gets very specific to each property.
Here is a quick quiz:
1) Is any of the furniture in your home from the 1980s?
2) Do you have kids and/or pets?
3) Do you think HGTV are just letters on an eye chart?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, we will likely need to sit down after a tour of your place and discuss a clean up plan.
