Rather than simply add in any old article here, I wanted to discuss some of the findings I have had over the years.
After googling for results, its seems no studies have been done about this.
My connection to health started back in the early 90s while playing rugby and football and thinking that if I could work in a gym and get paid for it...it would be the dream job.
At age 16, it was. I got to train people, sell memberships, stay after hours and had my own keys. Pretty awesome.
During my years in that industry (approx 15), I met a large number of people that took their finances as seriously as their health.
Then one day it hit me. People just getting by DO NOT buy expensive gym memberships. The best ones seem to focus as much on their workouts as they do their finances.
My point....be good to your body and the rest will follow. It could be a daily walk, regular workouts, sports or anything that keeps you healthy.
This will help you become the optimal thinking machine and make you an even more ideal candidate for my unique property tours and programs.
