Virtual Staging 101
Imagine if you could simply CLICK a button and turn your vacant space into a model suite?
For years now, you may have heard of and seen 3D mockups of what a property may look like.
Now you have the option to stage your property virtually to allow the prospective buyer to see what it can look like even while its in the very early stages of ownership.
How are my 1st sellers taking a run at this? Most property owners that are not keen on spending approx 1% of the value of the home on temporary furniture so this creates the same (if not, better) illusion and even allows the owner to design the space online.
Is this the ONLY option available for staging? Of course not. Is it something that will distinguish your space from the rest amidst the many others for sale? ABSOLUTELY!!
