It just dawned on me on the weekend.
There I stood with my client and the great person I knew at the sales site (who knew that I had sold other units there) was ready to offer my new buyer an incentive so amazing that the other people buzzing around would have dropped their jaws!
WHY ME? As in any situation where you become a regular visitor, most new sales sites who see me with clients usually see me often. In some cases, I am still getting opening day prices a few weeks or months later.
WHY GROUP TOURS MAKE SENSE? Going on with me as a group makes a HUGE statement..."We are here and we want a deal!". If you think a builder is NOT going to make an effort to sell 4 or 5 units in one sitting...think again.
PS Each client who buys new with me gets a 1000 Air Miles Credit on completion date.
