When grownups decide to buy houses and condos, some don’t get THE talk. It’s critical you understand this.
Offer dates could cost you big time. Having 5 bidders qualified at the bid price isn’t as good as one solid bidder who will pay your “goal” price.

Many buyers are dealing with the new stress test on top of having to bid against others. I prefer to simplify and attract the MOST qualified buyers right away. Not all that are bidding will be able to qualify if the price goes up 10%.
