Well, it is December 20th and we finally have snow in the town of Durham. It isn't much snow, but it is a start to making it a white Christmas! From my family to yours.....Happy Holidays and all the best in 2013!

What about Durham?

When exploring new areas, people want/need to know what is available. Durham's main industry has and still is furniture. Durham Furniture Inc. has been employing people since 1899 making beautiful hardwood bedroom furniture which currently sells to the North American market.

Durham also has a hospital and is currently undergoing some transformation as the next door clinic is joining onto the hospital. Durham also has been a hockey town for many years and minor sports also includes baseball and my favorite, soccer. There is a curling rink and for those that enjoy dining out, Durham boasts some fantastic restaurants.

Myself and the town of Durham

As some may know, and others not, I am relatively new to the world of Real Estate and also to Century 21. Having been born and raised in Durham, I know this is a fantastic area to raise a family. I decided to change careers from construction where I had been active for 14 years.

Century 21 is one of, if not the most recognized name in Real Estate worldwide; and making the decision to make my start there was an easy one. I would ask anyone interested in buying or selling to take a moment to introduce themselves to me and ask me about my commitments as their next possible Real Estate professional!
