Over the past 1.5 years, there has been two changes of ownership within our office. Any type of change often brings uncertainty and occasional hickups. The team of 5 realtors and 1 full-time admin.assistant at Century 21 Admiral Cove Realty has really been able to bond and tick like clockwork. The atmosphere is one of relaxation, interest in each other prospering, good humour, dedication, and focused on positive thinking.
Our office regularly dines together or meets in a group to discuss the market, chat about how the office is functioning, our listings and buyers needs/wants, and general personal developments. This commaradery has allowed this bonding to occur within the office. We have an open door policy regarding issues that may arise and each person on the team has input into what is happening.
Of course - we are always looking for new and experienced real estate agents with a desire to work in our office!
