Local realtors Michael Melanson and Lee Richardson of Century 21 Admiral Cove Realty have recently purchased the Golf and Country Club from the Pictou Lions Club. The pair plan to upgrade the course, changing the name to Pictou Harbour Golf Club and add about 60 homes. It is located adjacent to the Pictou Yacht Club. Work will begin in the spring with the construction of energy-efficient homes facing south along the nine-hole course.
